Q: Are you family-owned?

A: Yes, we are a family-owned business with three generations and 50 years of dedicated service in waste management.


Q: How can I pay my bill?

A: You can pay over the phone, by mail with a check, or set up auto-pay by calling us.


Q: What time should I put my trash out?

A: Please have your trash out by 6 AM for guaranteed collection.


Q: Where do you service?

A: We serve Montgomery County only.


Q: What is your policy on missed or courtesy pickups?

A: For missed pickups, call us or submit an online form within 24 hours of missed pickup, and we'll return within 24 hours. Ensure bins are correctly placed with only household trash and approved bulk items. For courtesy pickups, provide a 24-hour notice.


Q: What kinds of trash do you take?

A: We accept bagged household trash. We do not accept yard waste, recyclables, or building materials from residential customers.


Q: How often do you pick up trash?

A: We offer once or twice a week pickup for residential customers. For commercials and businesses please call our office for more information.  


Q: What size bins do you provide?

A: We offer a variety of bins and dumpsters, from 90-gallon totes to 4-yard dumpsters, as well as 20-30 yard roll-offs for cleanouts and remodeling.


Q: What are your pricing options?

A: Pricing varies based on the type of service and containers desired. Please contact us for a free quote.


Q: How do you handle hazardous waste?

A: We do not handle hazardous materials. Please contact your local waste disposal facility for safe removal.
